Cerberus Concept

my idea is to create what i think cerberus would look like in the world of dark souls, i like the idea of maintaining 3 heads but would like to put a human element to them, on top of this instead of making it look like a dog i would like to give it a bipedal human esq but grotesque body, very skinny and scary looking 

Cerberus /ˈsɜrbərəs/,^[1] or Kerberos, (Greek form: Κέρβερος, [ˈkerberos])^[2] in Greek and Roman mythology, is amulti-headed (usually three-headed) dog, or "hellhound" ^[1][3][4] with a serpent's tail, a mane of snakes, and a lion's claws.^[5] He guards the entrance of the underworld to prevent the dead from escaping and the living from entering. Cerberus is featured in many works of ancient Greek and Roman literature and in works of both ancient and modern art and architecture, although the depiction of Cerberus differs across various renditions. The most notable difference is the number of his heads: Most sources describe or depict three heads; others show Cerberus with two or even just one; a smaller number of sources show a variable number, sometimes as many as 50 or even 100.

Dark souls(my chosen world)

Dark Souls focuses on dungeon exploring and the tension and fear that arise when players encounter enemies in this setting. The game is a spiritual successor to Demon's Souls, which in turn is considered a spiritual successor to the King's Field games. The game takes place in an open world environment and uses a third-person perspective. The player battles using various weapons and strategies to survive in a dark fantasy world.
